Global Launch of Global Money Week 2021

Global Money Week (GMW) promotes efforts aimed at improving financial literacy of young people. The ultimate goal of the Campaign is to ensure that all children and youth have access to high-quality financial education, they learn about money matters and are able to take smart financial decisions that can improve their future financial resilience and financial well-being.

‘Take care of yourself, take care of your money’ is the official theme of Global Money Week 2021 (22-28 March 2021). This theme highlights the importance of building financial resilience and staying healthy in the current context. In addition, the official GMW slogan ‘Learn.Save.Earn.’ is used to design different activities. Learn more here.

Organised by the OECD International Network on Financial Education (OECD/INFE), the Global Launch of Global Money Week 2021 took place on 22 March 2021. Thank you to everyone who joined and helped to kick-start the 9th Edition of the Campaign in over 100 countries worldwide!
